We know it is Great to be grateful, here is why....

Want to watch a movie? Forget the movie hall, stream it online; Want to watch a tv show, forget about waiting for the next episode, binge watch it altogether; Want to buy a dress? You want it? You get it. No efforts needed, no questions asked. After all we live in an age of instant access and instant gratification. However Simon Sinek gives us a reality check. Two things we cannot have instant access to, are good relationships and job satisfaction. They require time and effort. Both of which the millennials are not used to spending. This way of life, which is normal today, is fueled by the sense of impatience in the pursuit of instant gratification – which is met all the more through technology. I believe, the hour when god creates his masterpieces during the sunset. The clouds and the colours never fails to stun me, its almost hypnotic, isn’t it? Sunrises are beautiful indeed, but the magical element about sunset is that it promises the dawn of a new day again. In so many movies, talks and books we are often told that, the deciding factor of your life will not be how you behave when  you are successful but how you respond when you are facing failures. The ability to turn the lows into highs is an essential trait one must possess. Sharing  a few words spoken by Michelle  Obama: “Let yourself really fail once in a while- not some tiny little mistakes here and there but big, confidence-shaking, dark- night-of -the –soul-inducing failures. “The most  accomplished people in the world fall and fall big, That’s how they learn so much and grow so quickly and become so interesting and wise.” So, Fall down seven times, but Get Up Eight

Don't think positive

Have you come across the phrase like: “Positive Vibes only” or “Positive self-talk” or “Positive Environment” .May be “Think Positive” is the most common advise you ever receive. Did you ever question: “Why must I think “positive” alone?” Remember the last time you had a bad day and you shared it with your colleague(friend, parent, sister, stranger…)who happened to have an amazing day? Remember how after you complaint about everything beneath the sky- office space, work, relationship, future, past etc. And guess what type of reaction you got?...just “Oh”…and started speaking about how amazing the coffee tasted this morning. He listen all the negative vibes and frustration that you had to share. But hey!!!! Positives Vibes only! Hence back to morning coffee. A hypocrisy of this cult of positive thinking damages two aspect of our mind:    .. Love, Happiness, Kindness, hope, faith are amazing. So “do not concentrate on their antonyms”:   Hate, Ignoranc...
